The programming had been started but the flow and usability was poor and the product was just text and system buttons. I was brought in as a UX consultant and desginer to give the app a professional polished look and recommend changes to flow and navigation in order to make the site intuitive to users. I also created custom graphs and charts and rewrote copy to improve usability. This program is still in beta form.
